Love the staff

Would give this place zero stars if I could. This place isn’t friendly to the residents let alone they turn the call lights off and say they will be back and never come back. My family member laid there for hours waiting to be helped. The place isn’t cleaned well either. Had roommate leave and days later it was cleaned. The food is awful and you are lucky to get it if they remember you are there to bring it otherwise prepackaged nasty food is what you will be served.

I live out of state and have been trying to get a hold of my dad for three days. It is ridiculous that these people don’t get their phones fixed!

Wouldn’t even send my dog there.

This place is under new management . It’s improving every day.My wife is been there 5 months. Got excellent care . The food could be improved.But overall , you have a very good staff. Thank you to those who took care of my wife

My mother who was not able to get up on her own,. She was left sitting in a wheelchair for so long, that her legs were swollen, so much it scared me. Then a staff member was heard screaming at her. When it was brought up to another employee, they knew exactly who we were talking about. If this is a known problem, it should not be permitted to continue. The food was horrible. Housekeeping was horrible. Don’t take your family member here,

See for yourself the food they serve the residents… do you want your family being served this food????

This place is disgusting you have to go into your loved ones room yourself and clean it the call lights are left on forever no one going in the room to see what the issue is they don’t clean the rooms like they’re supposed to you’re lucky if you go in one time a week and the room might be clean halfway. My sister was in there for quite a while and every time she was taken to the doctor she always had a UTI and would end up in the hospital because they would not bathe her properly this place needs closed down I would not take my dog in that place their food is disgusting most of the time when you go in there the patients are in there wheelchairs setting out in the hallways some of them are even sleeping there when you walk through if you want your loved one taken care of properly don’t take them to this place every time we would buy her something new it always comes up missing thank God we got her out of there and into a nice place again if you want your loved one taken care of do not I repeat do not take them to this place…

I absolutely love the nursing staff and the aids that take care of my needs, also I have nothing but the highest regard and respect for the kitchen staff!!!

The facility has really improved. Very clean and staff is super friendly. Bonus – the food is amazing! Stop in anytime to see the difference. You won’t be disappointed.

This facility has truly turned around in the last few months. The staff is awesome and provides great care to their residents. The staff truly care!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY!!!! My grandmother has been here since the fall. We were working on transferring to another facility. First they ignored the request from the other facility until my mother who has POA went up there and made them respond. Then when the other facility came to do an on site visit they LIED about what my grandmother needs and her behaviors so they wouldn’t want to take her as a client. My family is VERY active about visiting my grandmother. Someone in our family is there 4-6 days a week. Every time we go to see her we have to clean her room, ask for additional toilet paper because she is out, ask for he to have towels, change her bedding, took them over 3 weeks of us asking to fix the light in her room!!! The heat only works half way in her room. The windows are ICE cold and there is always some other resident wondering into her room and stealing her items. The facility has had all of this brought to their attention several times and still do nothing to address these issues. They try to force their residents to sit in the hallway and/or tv room even if they don’t want to. And to top it all off the food is absolutely horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE UNDER ANY REASON!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
